Nestled in East Nashville, amidst historic homes and local dive bars, No Name Salon emerged in the fall of 2022, a serene refuge born from the resilience of a community rebuilding after the 2020 tornado. Our philosophy is simple: to offer a personalized sanctuary where each guest’s unique desires and needs shape their experience, supported by our exclusive use of sustainable, non-toxic OWAY & O&M products. Within our walls, fragrant candles and incense burn without harmful byproducts, complementing our offerings of snacks, teas, and sparkling beverages, all to enhance your visit’s tranquility and enjoyment. Alisha Donaldson
Bio: Hi, I’m Alisha! Although I am Michigan born and raised, Nashville has been home for the last 14 years. I started my career as a hairstylist in 2010 then transitioned into a low-toxic approach in 2016 and haven’t looked back. I have a passion for enhancing my clients natural beauty with lived-in color as well as hair cutting. Outside of the salon, you’ll find me spending quality time with my husband and daughter, going to live music or being out in nature. I would love to have you in my chair!
Specialties: I specialize in detailed foil work and precision cutting, designed for each client’s unique style.
Tip: Brush your scalp for 5 minutes every night to stimulate hair growth, use serum on your ends daily and sleep on a silk or satin pillowcase to avoid breakage!
Ashlee Thomas
Bio: I started doing hair in 2002 In Salt Lake City, Utah. I’ve always been an independent artist working with different Salons and Artists, until 2022 when No Name Salon was born. I believe in artists creating businesses that work with and for them. Cultivating vibrant client relationships that are fun, comfortable, mutually beneficial, and respectful. Hair is magical and I am still very much in love with the medium of cutting and coloring. I feel grateful and honored to be entrusted with your locks.
Specialties: I specialize in taming thick hair, crafting lived-in, naturally blended color, seamlessly integrating silver and gray tones, and precision cutting to enhance your unique style.
Tip: Your hair is similar to a plant. Treat it with kind thoughts, healthy products, gratitude and patience. I recommended a castor & rosemary oil blend pressed into the scalp, a little bit every day. Braid your hair in the evening; & change the way you part your hair, often.
Bailey Bennett
Bio: I’ve been doing hair since 2018. I started my hair journey back home in South Carolina. My love my travel lead me to Nashville, where I’ve been for over 3 years now. Ive always been a creative. Growing up I would draw, paint, do pottery, pretty much any kind of art I could get my hands on. I love that I’m still able to use my creativity on a day to day basis and make all of you look and feel beautiful.
Specialties: I specialize in lived in blondes, low maintenance color, and hand tied extensions
Tip: Keep those hot tools under 300 and use hair oil daily.
Erin Casey

Tip: Keep your colored hair vibrant and healthy by using sulfate-free shampoos and conditioning with natural oils to maintain moisture and shine.
Jaden Jett
Bio: Hi, my name is Jaden! I moved to Nashville from my hometown in North Idaho in 2020 and have been loving every minute! I am the type of hairstylist that believes in relationships and bonds. I love to not only create your ABSOLUTE dream hair, but create lasting relationships and a safe space/environment that you feel that you are respected and heard! I truly care about your wellbeing and want your time in my chair to be one of excitement/peace/trust. You and getting to be apart of your journey is one of my favorite things about this job!
Specialties: My specialties behind the chair are mostly Soft Blonding, Lived-in/Dimensional color, and blended textured cuts, but I do a sprinkle of pretty much everything!
Tip: Stimulating your scalp with circular massages at least once a week can improve hair growth and blood flow. Also using a scalp scrub at least once a month to limit buildup from products like dry shampoos and helping exfoliate your hair follicle.
Shanon Hubalik
Bio: I am originally from Scottsdale AZ where I began my journey into hair. I’ve been in Nashville for 11 years and I have done everything from styling photo shoots and weddings to now full time behind the chair. I went to school for social work but decided my heart was needing to be a bit more creative. I feel like those skills have helped me gain deep connections with my clients as well as understanding what they are truly looking for with their hair expectations.
Specialties: I specialize in transforming looks with everything from striking bottled blondes to subtle, lived-in color, adore crafting unique reds that are as distinctive as snowflakes, and love delivering transformative cuts including bangs, bobs, and face-framing layers to suit any style.
Tip: One piece of advice is making sure to take care of your overall scalp heath. Our scalps are just important as our skin. It helps promote hair regrowth, overall shine and strength to our hair!
